Iconic Student Housing is a 36-bed student accommodation facility located in Geelong, Victoria. Delivered through the adaptive reuse of the former Geelong Grammar School, a heritage-listed building, the project required a sensitive and considered approach to integrating modern electrical services within the existing structure. VDA Electrical was engaged to deliver full electrical works, including power distribution, lighting, and communications systems, carefully coordinated to preserve heritage features while meeting current compliance standards, contributing to the successful completion of this $800K installation.
