Dandelion is a 70-apartment social housing development located in Dandenong, Victoria. Delivered over 11 levels with a single-level basement, the project was designed to provide reliable, efficient, and compliant electrical infrastructure across a large-scale residential building. VDA Electrical was engaged to deliver full electrical services throughout the development, including power distribution, main switchboards, metering, lighting, emergency and exit systems, and communications infrastructure servicing apartments, shared amenities, car parking, and plant areas, contributing to the successful completion of this $2.1M installation.
